ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Conduct social compliance audits in plants and subcontractors, handle risk assessments, follow up on corrective actions, and conduct safety programs. 
  • Ensure factory environmental compliance and targets are maintained as per buyer and government standards. 
  • Contribute to the development and revision of policies, guidelines, formats/manuals, tools, and procedures, particularly regarding social compliance requirements.

  • Receive delivery bookings from the Commercial Department and coordinate with Finishing in-charge at each factory to update daily shipment schedules for buyers.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:   

  • Understand fabric inspection print process, quality assurance process and basic technical knowledge.   
  • Coordinate with plants & the management to get information related to quality standards of products.  
  • Handle & follow up with 3rd party/ customer auditors.  
  • Coordinate with product safety officers to follow up and develop safety standards.  
  • Attend risk analyze meeting and guide the factory to start the pilot process.  
  • Conduct and attend pre-production meeting to get production's status update.  
  • Control process adherence in Fabric/ Cutting/ Production/ Packing to minimize the inline rework defect percentage, and the raw material wastage.  
  • Ensure quality samples are submitted to Buyers on time to get approval at the first time.  
  • Review and follow up the order fulfillment/ first output / initial / pre-final inspection/ weekly & monthly production plan and communicate with relevant teams to meet the Fashion Garments' requirements.  
  • Adhere to technical quality and product safety to educate the vendors as per the Fashion Garments' requirements.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:   

  • Degree in Garment Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Ensure daily/ monthly production targets achievement at quality level. In charge of employee absence and labor turnover rate, discipline at supervision area to ensure set target. 

Attend pre-production and pilot appraisal meetings to educate Sewing Team Members, Supervisors, and in-line quality checkers and quality specifications. Identify and solve issues about shortfalls or non-conformance, guide Sewing Team Members to minimize defects. 

Monitor Sewing Team Members’ efficiency, guide them with the Supervisors to maintain output levels and quality on-time delivery. Ensure all sales orders close according to system requirements. 

Coordinate with Industrial Engineering & Technical team, Lean team, Sewing Supervisors to perform these duties to ensure a smooth flow in production: 

  • Train Multi Skills Members, combining operations, and fine-tune the line workflow. 
  • Observe the workflow and make suggestions for improvement methods.  
  • Train Sewing Team Members to enhance their skill base and skill level.  
  • Lead and motivate Sewing Team Members, Sewing Supervisors, participate in the development and application of knowledge transfer process.
