• Ensure timely adherence to material inspection and acceptance protocols
• Organize warehouse operations and keep the ERP system up to date

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Actively drive the virtual sample (3D) functions by providing innovative pattern and technical solutions to mitigate sample and bulk production issues, ensuring customer satisfaction 

Evaluate all 3D samples with leaders and the technical team before dispatching to customers, based on an internal checklist and Visual Quality Standards (VQS) 

Study and improve internal procedures to ensure optimal use of resources and maximum efficiency 

Follow the daily plan and ensure the timely delivery of accurate 3D samples 

Review manufacturing feasibility and confirm methods after completing 3D samples. Collaborate with pattern, Industrial Engineering, and Technical teams to resolve any issues 

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: 

Bachelor's degree in Textile/Garment Production or a related field is preferred 

Certification in TUKA or 3D CAD systems (CLO, Browzwear, Optitex) 

Knowledge in pattern making and grading 

Strong communication skills
